[A Psalm Song the dedication of the house of David.] I will extol you, O Yahuah; for you hast lifted me up, and hast not made my foes to rejoice over me.
O Yahuah my Elohim, I cried unto you, and you hast healed me.
O Yahuah, you hast brought up my soul from the grave: you hast kept me alive, that I should not go down to the pit.
Sing unto the Yahuah, O ye saints of his, and give thanks at the remembrance of his holiness.
For his anger a moment; in his favour life: weeping may endure for a night, but joy in the morning.
And in my prosperity I said, I shall never be moved.
Yahuah, by your favour you hast made my mountain to stand strong: you didst hide your face, I was troubled.
I cried to you, O Yahuah; and unto the Yahuah I made supplication.
What profit in my blood, when I go down to the pit? Shall the dust praise you? shall it declare your truth?
Hear, O Yahuah, and have mercy upon me: Yahuah, be you my helper.
you hast turned for me my mourning into dancing: you hast put off my sackcloth, and girded me with gladness;
To the end that glory may sing praise to you, and not be silent. O Yahuah my Elohim, I will give thanks unto you for ever.
