Psalms 29

1[A Psalm of David.] Give unto the Yahuah, O ye mighty, give unto the Yahuah glory and strength. 2Give unto the Yahuah the glory due unto his name; worship the Yahuah in the beauty of holiness. 3The voice of the Yahuah upon the waters: the Elohim of glory thundereth: the Yahuah upon many waters. 4The voice of the Yahuah powerful; the voice of the Yahuah full of majesty. 5The voice of the Yahuah breaketh the cedars; yes, the Yahuah breaketh the cedars of Lebanon. 6He maketh them also to skip like a calf; Lebanon and Sirion like a young unicorn. 7The voice of the Yahuah divideth the flames of fire. 8The voice of the Yahuah shaketh the wilderness; the Yahuah shaketh the wilderness of Kadesh. 9The voice of the Yahuah maketh the hinds to calve, and discovereth the forests: and in his temple does every one speak of glory. 10The Yahuah sitteth upon the flood; yes, the Yahuah sitteth King for ever. 11The Yahuah will give strength unto his people; the Yahuah will bless his people with peace.
