1[To the chief Musician, of David.] The fool has said in his heart, no Elohim. They are corrupt, they have done abominable works, none that does good. 2The Yahuah looked down from heaven upon the children of men, to see if there were any that did understand, seek Elohim. 3They are all gone aside, they are together become filthy: none that does good, no, not one. 4Have all the workers of iniquity no knowledge? who eat up my people they eat bread, and call not upon the Yahuah. 5There were they in great fear: for Elohim in the generation of the righteous. 6Ye have shamed the counsel of the poor, because the Yahuah his refuge. 7Oh that the salvation of Israel out of Zion! when the Yahuah bringeth back the captivity of his people, Jacob shall rejoice, Israel shall be glad.
