For it increaseth. you huntest me as a fierce lion: and again you shewest thyself marvellous upon me.

14 If I sin, then you markest me, and you will not acquit me from mine iniquity.
15 If I be wicked, woe unto me; and I be righteous, will I not lift up my head. full of confusion; therefore see you mine affliction;
16 For it increaseth. you huntest me as a fierce lion: and again you shewest thyself marvellous upon me.
17 you renewest your witnesses against me, and increasest your indignation upon me; changes and war against me.
18 therefore then hast you brought me forth out of the womb? Oh that I had given up the ghost, and no eye had seen me!
